Sun 4/12: 12-1pmThis pre-season hitting and throwing program designed to prepare softball players for the season through focused small group training that enhances hitting skills and confidence.
Program structure: The training consists of small group training (6-8 players), offering personalized instruction with progressive skill development suitable for all experience levels.
Key focus areas: The hitting portion of the session covers all aspects of the swing including hitting approach, grip, stance, pre-swing routine, balance, stride and load, timing, swing path, contact points, and follow-through. In the throwing portion of the session players will also work on proper throwing mechanics.
Program benefits: Participants gain a thorough understanding of swing and throwing mechanics, build muscle memory, increase confidence, receive individualized coaching feedback, and prepare both physically and mentally for the season.
Target participants: The program welcomes players of all skill levels. This program is ideal for young hitters 8-11 years old who want to build foundations and returning players who want to refine their mechanics through group and individual instruction.

Key focus areas: Sessions cover all aspects of mental management, preparation, arm care, recovery, age appropriate pitch grips, throwing and pitching mechanics.
Program benefits: Participants receive individualized coaching feedback to gain accuracy and confidence thorough an understanding of pitching mechanics, building muscle memory, and how to prepare both physically and mentally for the season.
Target participants: The program welcomes players of all skill levels. It is ideal for players 10-13 years old building foundations and returning players who want to refine their mechanics through group and individual instruction.

Next Level Baseball helps athletes improve pitching velocity, performance and achieve their pitching potential. This pitching program is geared towards personalized velocity and mechanics training based on the most advanced pitching research.
Prior to the start of the program, each pitcher must go through the S.T.A.T. assessment to get a baseline.
Pre-program S.T.A.T assessment is a 2 hour evaluation which includes:
• Full warmup
• Catch and prep time
• Mechanical Analysis
• Detailed S.T.A.T. report:
Screening for weak links
Testing for point in time capacity
Accessing for efficiency of movement, strength, and flexibility
Training for efficient movement, muscle balance, velocity, and neuro-muscular speed thresholds.
This program is aligned to the National Pitching Association’s comprehensive training program focused on bio-mechanics, functional strength, nutrition/sleep/recovery, and metal/emotional management.
Throughout the 14U+ program, athletes strength and performance will be tracked to focus on continual improvement through data driven development. This program is geared towards making each pitcher smarter, stronger, healthier and more mentally resilient.

Tues (6:45-8:15pm), Wed (5:00-6:30pm)This training is aimed at high school players, to enable athletes to make the necessary gains in their game for the upcoming season.
Players who dedicate themselves by working on functional strength, mechanics, mental/emotional management, and nutrition/sleep/recovery, will put themselves in a position for a fun and successful upcoming season.
Athletes will focus on:
Proper warm-up and arm care protocols to promote arm health
Fine tuning throwing mechanics working through throwing progressions.
Fielding progressions, hands and footwork
Developing a hitting approach and fine tuning hitting mechanics
Preparation and focus on player mental mindset and body awareness for competitive toughness
This program helps athletes make the connection between preparation and performance both on and off the field. These athletes will focus on all aspects of their game to prepare, compete and recover as a position player.

This pitching program is geared towards personalized velocity and mechanics training based on the most advanced pitching research. It is aligned to the National Pitching Association’s comprehensive training program.
At the first session, each pitcher will do a S.T.A.T. assessment (see below) and motion capture to get a baseline. Each player receives two reports from the assessment: S.T.A.T. report and motion analysis report.
Players will work in the program to improve their mechanics, strength and velocity.
