Next Level Baseball + Softball is a small business in Minnetrista, MN and we offer baseball and softball instruction. We are not a baseball or softball factory, our instruction is done in small groups and individually because quality matters. Our philosophy is simple, have fun and get better.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Softball Pitching Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and be able to effectively communicate complex concepts to students of all ages. The Instructor will be responsible for developing lesson plans, assessing player performance, and providing feedback to help players reach their learning and performance goals. The successful candidate will also be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in their field and maintain a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver an engaging and effective softball pitching program.

• Assess pitchers progress and provide feedback.

• Provide guidance and support to players.

• Maintain a safe learning environment.

• Develop instructional objectives and assessments.

• Utilize our technology (video analysis, Trackman data, etc.) to enhance pitcher development.

• Ensure that athletes understand our training protocols and objectives.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Hourly and Competitive

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week

Work Location: In person at the Next Level Baseball + Softball facility in Minnestrista.
